"Worth it" is in the eye of the beholder. I think their primary customer
is that person who "doesn't have time" to shop their local nurseries and
garden centers. Myself, I enjoy the "thrill of the hunt" -- which is why
friends always tell me when they're looking for something in particular
-- so I'm not really willing to pay $15 for something I can buy at a
local nursery for $8.
Some people say that WFF plants are larger than many other mail-order
nurseries, but they don't seem to make the connection that those larger
plants are also more expensive.
