Oxalis with lavender flower from Arizona

Many years ago, I received some small oxalis plants from some friends
in Phoenix, AZ. Down there, they were little more than a weed (at
least in his yard), arising from small bulb-like roots at times of
moderate temps and rain with small purple flowers.

Does anyone have a clue as the species for this one. It seems to
hang around in some of my pots (spreads a bit by those tiny bulblets)
and occasionally surprises me with a spray of 3-4 purple flowers.
I'd like to give it a name.
