Chris, the JBs are starting to diminish here in SW Ohio. I pick them off at
least once a day and haven't filled a jar in some time. A local expert says
that our drought, with the resulting very hard soil surface, may make it
difficult for them to lay their eggs this year. That will be the only good
effect; we're already looking at the loss of a couple conifers, a dogwood,
and who knows what else, from the drought, not the JBs.
