Hi,
I am growing agastche 'Apricot Sunrise' this summer and it is
beautiful. I put it on the very front corner of my garden by the street
with artemesia 'Powris Castle', panicum 'Dallas Blue', a butterfly bush, and
lantana 'Confetti'. We have had very little rain this summer, as seems to
be our pattern the last several years, but I have watered it about once a
week. It is growing well and has been blooming almost all summer.
In reference to Japanese Beetles, I have seen alot less than other
summers and I don't know why. We usually have tons and tons of them in the
South.
