Re: monarch butterflies

<<Speaking of butterflies and plants... very strange that my monarch
butterflies did not return this year. The caterpillar stage always
de-foliage my butterfly weed. It actually bloomed this year with leaves!
Anyone else notice this?>>

Monarchs present and breeding here in Wisconsin. Can't say an extraordinary number, but they're here.
