Donna:  A local retail nurseryman showed me how he kept the voles from eating
his inventory and it worked extremely well for me and I find it
environmentally safe.
Hi Walter,
why the elbow? which end do you stick in the ground and do you think it would work with chipmunks and groundhogs (yes, I know I'll need a bigger tube!)
