Still another bunch of plant marker suggestions...

Slatted vinyl blinds (in any pale color) can be cut into lengths for plant
markers. You'll be surprised how many markers you'll get from even a single
small blind! Permanent marker , pencil, or wax pencil work really well for
labeling. Many older blinds can be purchased cheaply now, due to the
lead scare.

I've seen another neat marker I've seen ( free for those of you that are
lucky enough to have rocks) . Simply find nice smooth rocks (like the ones
in river beds or on the beaches or lakes)... Write the plant name neatly on
the rock with a paint stick (like a marker but filled with paint), and lay
the stone at the base of the plant. Unobtrusive, and nearly free! Also
mower-proof if they lie close enough to the ground!

I'm enjoying the list...
