I dont know where you live but here experience and first hand
observation confirm that Amy is 100% correct that they can and will eat
Pansies/violas big time..
I fight the good fight every year with these very adaptive
creatures.They the first evident *gobbler*in the spring in the green
houses as well.
Not to argue as there is no arguing with the evidence I've seen with my
own eyes not to mention countless multilated plants thats suffered their
appetites for FRESH TENDER PLANT FOLIAGE AND OR FLOWERs over the rotting
straw etc. right at their disposal.
