What Karen wrote is the best solution..............This is the best way
and by far the least expensive, if you decide to change the bed you
still have that option. If I were to know for sure that I will never
move the bed I would seriously consider concrete edges or  steel, or
brick the plastic is just junk, you will always have problems with it
