First of all, I consider Dahlias to be perennial even though you have to
dig them each year in my area.
Could someone tell me why I have SO much trouble getting the flowers to get
to a full bloom without rotting and turning brown while still in the bud?
I thought maybe last year they weren't getting enough sun so this year they
are in FULL sun and they still look awful. It is such a disappointment!
Can you water them too much, or not enough? Is it bugs? Help me please.
