Why not try some of the gray foliaged plants.  Artemesia 'Powis Castle' is a
wonderful clash-breaker and is Stachys byzantina 'Big Ears' (Helen von
Stein).  It doesn't bloom, so doesn't have those ratty flower stalks.  The
nepetas are good gray interweavers with blue flowers.  Helps tone down those
hot colors.  What about golden oregano for yellow foliage?  Or, in the
shade, Lamium 'Beedhams White'.  Gives a big shot of sunshine in a dark
corner!

I think your palette sounds stunning.  So many gardens are comprised of the
boring pastels.  I have noticed that the longer one gardens, the more
adventuresome they become.  Bold colors just seem like they make more of a
statement.  Use them as exclamation points in the border!
