No, no, you got the right stuff. It is like flour. I went to the
resturaunt supply store and got a little shaker -- the kind that
resturaunts use for powdered sugar (it cost a couple of dollars) and keep
my DE in that. Then when its time to use it, I just sprinkle it around.
