Marie,
It is great for you that you have not slugs but here on the Pacifac Coast if
I did nothing about slugs I would have no vegetable garden. Absolutely none.
They are huge and there are thousands of them on our property. I happen to
love fresh vegetables and enjoy growing them so I will have to continue to fight
them. These vegies are also better for my kids than those found in the
Supermarket.
I also have lots of birds and do not use very many chemicals.
