I live in Eastern TN and grow mine in pots. I cut them back and take them
in for the winter. Once established in a decent size pot they're amazingly
vigourous. I also try to take a few cuttings of each in the late summer for
a backup in case I loose the mother plant. This year I increased my Brugie
collection threefold and finding a nice spot for them indoors will be a
challenge. My most recent acquisition is the rare B. vulcanicola.

I also happened upon a large Brugie tree in a neighborhood in New Orleans.
It had hundreds of pure white flowers. I think we frightened the owner when
we stopped to admire and compliment him on the beautiful plant as he quickly
ran in the house!
