I have heard this before, Terry, about the gooseneck loosestrife, and
wonder under what conditions it is so invasive. I do not know if I
have just not had it long enough (2 years), or if the conditions are
not conducive to its spreading invasively, but so far, I love it,
especially as it grows in some places that otherwise would be very
difficult, such as under the stairs of the deck....therefore very
shady, and quite dry, as the rain does not really get to it. I have
so far found it easy enough to pull out if it oversteps its bounds,
but have not really had any trouble.....YET!! Famous last words???????

Marilyn, who would appreciate thoughts from other who have grown
this plant
