I have used the Eureka books, & they are helpful, but remember they are
printed ahead of time, & in many cases, the nurseries are out of some of
the more "in demand" varieties, by the time I get the book & try to order.
As far as who gives quality plants, the best way to find out is to check
with someone who has ordered & has first hand experience.
I can recommend the following from experience:
Dave Talbot nurseries
Daylily World
Ladybug Beauriful
Oakes Daylilies
Wilds
Klehms
All of these are reputable & send good plants. Most also have color
catalogs.
