You bet, and sticky tape works on a lot of things. Just make a ring out of
Scotch tape, sticky side out, and stick it on a fussy baby's hand. Things
get quickly quiet as the baby removes the tape from one hand, then can't
get it off the other without picking it off. Works great in public places
for a non-mother like me. Margaret
