Re: perennial zinnias?


Zinnia linnearis has been renamed Zinnia angustafolia.  A truly wonderful
plant, but sadly,
not perennial.  As Pat mentioned, it will form a a low mound with a daisy
shaped flower.
It seems to be impervious to things like powdery mildew.  It will bloom all
summer long
with deadheading.  And will die even in Texas once the frost comes.  I've
seen it in both
the yellow and white.
