Help Requested

Had some trouble with aol and had to uninstall and then reinstall it.  In the
meantime I lost all the contents of the filing cabinet, favorite places and
address book.

Question-- Didn't someone say to use Mir-Acid on rosebushes for blackspot?
What ratio?

 Request - Would appreciate any  Favoite web sites you have especially related
to gardening.
