One of the Rose Experts (really an expert... a professor, Horticultural
authority and rose grower) tells us that it does not work. Miracid helps the
action of the regular fungicides if used in conjunction with them, but does
nothing for any fungus alone. Also, you must still remove infected leaves to
treat blackspot.
