In your experience, does it root easily from stem cuttings, or is it fussy?
I would really like to propogate some, but I have a hard time w/ those prone
to rotting out.

Barb, Campanula 'Kent Belle' is a hybrid and will not necessarily come true
from seed. To get a clone, you will need to take stem cuttings in summer or
root cuttings/ root divisions in late winter-early spring. It is indeed a
beautiful plant and well worth propagating. I collect Campanulas and it
became and instant favorite for me.

Thanks to a discussion on the list about C. 'Kent Bells', I grabbed a pot of
it when
I saw it last year at a WalMart. It survived the winter (mild for here) and
has
exceeded all expectations! It has been in bloom now for a month and I love
it. It's
in aa clump of about 10 or 12 4-foot stems and has large purple hanging
bells. I
would love to propagate it and wonder what would be the best way. Does
anyone have
any experience with this cultivar or with propagating other similar
campanulas?
