Actually its not FREE -- Our TAX dollars pay for it!!
As homeowners, part of our tax dollars pay for our local libraries!!!
And renters pay for it indirectly!
It is an excellent way to find out what books are helpful and which are
mostly "fluff and stuff"
I've waded through quite a few books that I'm glad I didn't personally buy!
