These are undoubtedly hybrids of Hibiscus moscheutos and are commonly sold
as plants under several cultivar names such as, Lady Baltimore, Lord
Baltimore, Disco Belle Pink, Turn of the Century and Southern Belle.  Seeds
of mixed strains are also available.  They are hardy up here in Zone 5, but
are late to break dormancy in the spring.

Wayside Gardens carries most of the cultivars, but you can probably find
them cheaper elsewhere.
