Lynn:
This is a fascinating account of weather in the Netherlands...if I didn't
enjoy snow so
much, I'd say it's ideal! Are there any perennials that you would like to
grow but have
difficulty with? What do you grow that we see little of in the US?
And that's a lovely mix of perennials and shrubs - and a question on the
Cornus alba Elegantissima - I believe this is the one I also have which
"used" to be variegated and has now reverted to a pure green form....have you
experienced this too? I did
cut it back quite severely a couple of years ago and perhaps this would have
caused
it. Any comments would be appreciated.
I sure envy you the 70's right now...we're buried in suffocating humidity and
the high 80's or low 90's with no let up in sight...wish I lived closer to
Lake Michigan where the lake breeze keeps the weather usually more
reasonable.
Nice to chat with you, Lynn -
