new plant

Kemberly, Gene, "anybody"

went visiting at my sisters house today, and had a great visit and
shopping spree (and I deserved it after being in the garden for months
on end)
She had sitting on her porch the most unusal plant. of course I
immediately went into a swoon, and told her I had to have a cutting.
which she granted in fear of her life ha ha

she told me that a fellow church member gave her the cutting. she said
the lady called it pine cone geranium or begonia she wasn't sure
which.
the leaves are 6" long and 3" wide at the widest part. they are light
green in color and the viens have deep grooves they are of the same
green the groves indicates when the viens are the flowers have
long slim petals going upward and curves inward kinda like when
they finish it will be a ball about the size of a baseball or maybe
a little smaller, but not much smaller. thinking back I think the petals
were 2 thick like a double . is any of this making sense? she had
it planted in a pot and it was probable 24 to 26" tall is there
anyone living that could tell me anything about this plant

need some input here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
