Not an answer to your question but another question to add to it. I
have a plant of Knautia sylvatica which is new to me and which I have
no information on. It's about a foot high and in bud but hasn't
flowered yet. While giving Susan information about K avensis, if
anyone has info about K. sylvatica, I'd really like to know more about it.
