distorted phlox leaves


My guess, and I'm by no expert by any means, is that after transplanting
(you mentioned you just moved it,) the plant is putting more energy into
regrowing roots than producing new foliage.

If it were my plant, I would pinch it back to healthy leaves, water it
generously and watch it.
