Good Day --
I was working outside this afternoon and noticed I have something similar on
my phlox.
However, some of them have white foam near the top of the stalk between the
leaves.
I plan to prune off the damaged tips but am not sure what to do about the
white foam.
Would spraying with Orthene or something else help my plants any?
