Re: plants in flower
Hello Dee Ann,
Going to skip my partner JoAn's beds, as the list is too long, and stick to my
own garden. I have
Jasione laevis.. looks like a Scabosia, only better foliage and longer blooming.
Digitalis lanata... strange colors, but nice effect.
Gentian dahurica with sky-blue little trumpets.
Lilium... several, but like L canadense var. rubrum best.
Tricyrtis latifolia. nice pale yellow with chocolate spots
Astilbe... several.. like Snowdrift best thus far.
Astrantia major... Masterwort. Strange form, but nice foliage and blooms will
blend well with lots of other goodies. Told it makes a great dried flower.
Aruncus, Goat's beard... like an Astilbe on steroids.
