Try pairing the verbena with those common orange daylilies. Talk about a
combo that draws attention! I have the daylilies edging one side of the
driveway because nothing kills them (not salt, not motor oil, not radiator
fluid, etc) and I planted verbena behind them. Since both multiply readily
on their own and nothing kills them, it's an easy duo that is like neon.
It's just not for everyone, that's for sure!
