Re: cross vine


I also have a crossvine 'Tangerine Beauty' which is one of the selected J.C. Raulston plants from the NC Arboreteum. Mine is just a little over a year old and is already at the top of a tall arbor and starting to go across the top. It flowers heavily in the spring. The flowers are orange with yellow throats. Mine is grown in part shade location. I have not seen any disease or pests on it so far. We also have the carolina jessamine vine--very rapid grower--and a Gold Flame honeysuckle (Lonicera Heckrottii), which has had quite a bit of mildew.
