Logee's has been selling plants of several different varieties for
several years. I think Glasshouse Works does, too. I'm sure there are
other nurseries selling them.
Yes, Daturas of any kind aren't always the easiest things to start from
seed -- which is why I'm usually happy with the perennial species!
