I agree with Denise that these seem pretty easy to grow - my 'Carol
Mackie' was in a partly shaded bed that got morning sun only and I think
I read that they prefer some shading from hot sun. Well drained, average
good garden soil, no special care - we do water beds regularly during
hot weather. Faster growing than I expected. Just don't let the
roofers drop their stuff on your daphne -- that's how I lost my 7-year
old shrub (&!@*%$!).
