Could be anything...Try 
prairie buttercup (ranunculus rhomboideus)
Gray-green wood sorrel ( oxalis dillenii)
Hoary Puccoon (lithospermum canescens)
Common St.Johnswort (Hyperucum perforatum)
Maybe a spurge?
Can you describe the flower or leaf? Might narrow it down some.
 

Paul.. mustards around here are more in the two ft range, and the
cresses need more moisture (hum.,. it has been raining a lot tho---)
