Well, from my experience it has spread from a small patch to covering
about 1/2 acre of my pasture in the past 10 years. What I have is common
leafy spurge and it is considered invasive. Don't know if what you have
is exactly the same. The foliage looks the same, but the flowers on mine
are chrome yellow.
