took me 2+ years of pulling out of where I didn't want it to get rid of it.
But, it doesn't seem to set seed.....

If it is E. cyparissias, people on other forums have been wailing and trying
to remove it for years.  One little piece of root, etc. etc.

 How bad of a thug? Controllable? It sure is a pretty thing, thinking it
