Two Questions

A couple of questions:

There has been a formula for a spray for blackspot which I once had and
cannot find.    If someone could send it to me, I would appreciate it.

I have some irises under a cherry tree which has grown considerably since
the irises were put in.   There are no flower buds at all this year - I
think perhaps that there is too much shade.  Can I move it now?  If not,
when?
