Yes, you can move the irises now. Just cut the leaves back and move to a
sunnier spot. The older rhizomes should be discarded although they will
still grow but not as well as the newer parts.
The formula for mildew is 1 gallon of water, 3 tbsps of baking soda, 1 tsp
horticultural oil (Sunspray Ultra fine oil) and 1 tsp liquid soap. Apply
every week to 10 days by spraying. Remove any diseased leaves, I believe
the latter is the most important with any pest program. Removing all the
infected leaves will be the main line of defense.
