Hi Joanie,

Yes, you should disinfect between plants. My understanding is HVX isn't 
something that shows up immediately. Because the symptoms can take a few 
years to show up you can have infected plants and not know it. I have 
also been of the understanding that another reason to disinfect is to 
slow down the spread of the dreaded nematode.

As to the ratio of chlorox to water, someone else will need to answer that.
