Rozanne has come up to speed and have nice foliage and covered
with the blue blooms. I Transplanted 3 to the garden and in the center of
the triangle transplanted species lilium bulbs... that are in bloom now...
bright clean yellow blooms. Definitely some contrast there. One could always
tone it down a bit with other colors. I think in my old age I am beginning
to like stronger color combinations.

Hi, Gene...

I think that combo sounds smashing! I'm not usually a 'yellow' person but
with the blues/lilacs it's terrific to my eyes too and I crave a bit of
walloping color here and there as well.

I've used yellow with Caryopteris and it's super too. And who cannot love
the diminutive 'Tete a Tete' daffs with muscari or scilla?

A great combo!
