Oops...guess I was sleepier than I thought when I wrote this last post.
Of course, what I meant to say was that the book gives you the necessary
guidance to choose plants for given sets of conditions. It does not
prevent one from buying them, as if anything could prevent gardeners
from buying plants, other than dire circumstances ( from which we will
all be spared) or an irresistable compulsion to propagate.
