Well, every list has it at some point, and now we've encountered it. The question is what action to take. I'm referring to the cheeseball incident, of course. And by this I mean the sender, Mr. McDuff. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO REPLY TO HIS MESSAGE! IT WILL ONLY GO TO THE ENTIRE LIST. I will send out a list of possible fixes tomorrow night that we can vote on. In the meantime, I have disallowed mail from that address to our mailing lists, and have also written a letter to linknet.net and 1stfamily.com presenting an ultimatum -- they must show that appropriate actions are being taken to prevent this from happening again or their mail will be forever disallowed to mallorn.com, ncsa.uiuc.edu, and any other domains that I have administrative control over. In the meantime, please just ignore Mr. McDuff's message.
