knautica macedonica

I saw these plants growing recently, and was taken with the unusual deep
red/wine colour.  The blooms are like a scabiosa (they are related).

They appear to be easy to grow, but I am wondering if anyone has had any
experience with them.

I have a giant scabiosa which this year is at least 8 feet tall, and
provides excellent cut flowers.
