grubs - are there good ones?

Its probably too late in the digging/planting seasone for me to be
asking, but are there any "good" grubs in the soil or are they all
worthy of the heel of my shoe?  They are so disgusting to me but if
someone can describe any that are "keepers" I'll let them live. I've
been giving them to my 3yr old to keep her busy while I tend to the
plants.  Their lives are in your hands! TIA
