I don't know about mailing 'free' plants, if you saw the size of my
garden you'd laugh, it's the size of the a 'postage stamp'.

One cracker to go for is G. clarkei 'Kashmir White', a most gorgeous
white with delicate grey veins, quite large flowers too. Another of my
favs is G. sanguineum 'Cedric Morris' an alpine which has quite large
flowers for the size of the plant, magenta-pink. Or if you're feeling
adventurous, try G. psilostemon, a large plant for the back of border up
to 4 feet, with large magenta flowers with a black eye. Oh, and nearly
forgot, G. 'Ann Folkard' (G. procurrens X G. psilostemon), it's a
trailing geranium and has magenta flowers again with a black eye, but
with lovely almost yellow foliage especially in spring.

If you have difficulty getting hold of these you could try the one or
two nurseries listed on one of my web pages:-

Also, if you are interested their is an article on Cranesbills at this
site:-

Good luck!
