I've only tried drying them once, and I did so by hanging them upside
down.  Disaster!  My huge beautiful flowers shriveled into
unrecognizeable clumps that while still pretty in color, were about 1/8
of the original size.  I've heard about drying them upright in a vase
and I'll definitely try it that way next time.
