I'd like to know too. I have not succeeded by
cutting them back.

Hi, folks!
My malva 'Zebrina' has finished blooming. I've
read somewhere that if you
cut it back, it will rebloom. However, when I
look down at the base, the
stalks on this thing are at least an inch in
diameter and there are no
leaves until you go up about 8 or 9 inches, and
those are yellowing.
What is the proper method to get this to
rebloom?
