Dear List Members;
I have a question about a bug I've noticed for the first time on my oak tree
leaves. I've noticed that something is chewing off one layer of the leaves.
It then makes a perfectly round ball the size of a pea out of the leaf
material. Inside this ball is a small white egg and inside the egg is a fly
looking bug. It's not a housefly though. Does anyone know what this is???
If so, is it a good or bad bug.
Also, can someone stop this rain up here in the Northeast. We've gotten about
10"
since Saturday and it just isn't going away!
TIA
Laura
