Re:More Blue Flowers


I have seen some dark blue Veronicas and Salvias. English Bluebells, some of
the Iris reticulata varieties and Scilla are quite blue. There are some blue
Aconites, a native Campanula called "Bluebells of Scotland" and  our native
Spiderwort (Tradescantia) is quite Blue as are some of the native penstemons
and some of the smaller native Lupines. Some varieties of Caryopteris and
Chaste tree are a light cobalt blue. Those may be classes as "woody plants"
though.
This would be an interesting garden... all blue!
