Not a perennials, but Florists Ageratum is a wonderful blue flower to fill in
a perennial border. It's much taller than the usual ageratum, grows easily from
seed, and did wonderfully for me last summer. It was great in bouquets and
provided a lot of color in my border, in July and August--I can't think of any
blue flowers that bloom in hot weather.
I have a bluish catmint-Nepeta-but it isn't very bright. Judy
